BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE
We will work with you to develop verbal and non verbal commands that will assist you to manage a confrontational situation. You will also learn to be confident from a standing position and equally from the ground.
IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS
The self defence program is designed to teach women of all ages and athletic abilities to defend themselves. The classes will be be run in a friendly and safe environment by our team of instructors, our goal is for you to learn the techniques while enjoying the classes and improving your fitness.
LEARN THE TECHNIQUES
Our self defence program is designed to teach women of all ages and athletic abilities how to defend themselves using adapted methods from Wing Tsun & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which rely less on strength and more on leverage, technique and timing.
You will learn to defend yourself from the most common attack scenarios ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by an assailant.
